While India lost to Sri Lanka Today in Sri Lanka Triangular Series, Final, at at Dambulla Lossing capton Dhoni said: ” “…We just didn’t spend enough time in the middle. If we had wickets .. Credit goes to Sri Lanka. They batted and bowled well. Our bowlers gave them a bit of width and that’s one thing you don’t want to give Dilshan. He smashed us all around the park. The team that plays the best cricket on that particular day deserve to win. It was a good learning curve for the young batsmen in our side. Usually we don’t get these sort of conditions.”

Mahela and Dilshan started well and Dilshan continued to bat really well. Perera lengthens our batting but his bowling has been very impressive in the last couple of games. Champaka Ramanayake has to take a lot of credit; he has done a great job with the fast bowlers. The discipline in line and length has been the real key for us.”
