India Lost Another Final, Srilanka Won Tri Series
While India lost to Sri Lanka Today in Sri Lanka Triangular Series, Final, at at Dambulla Lossing capton Dhoni said: ” “…We just didn’t spend enough time in the middle. If we had wickets .. Credit goes to Sri Lanka. They batted and bowled well. Our bowlers gave them a bit of width and that’s one thing you don’t want to give Dilshan. He smashed us all around the park. The team that plays the best cricket on that particular day deserve to win. It was a good learning curve for the young batsmen in our side. Usually we don’t get these sort of conditions.”
India were chasing 299 and get all out at 225. Last wicket to fall was MS Dhoni. Earlier in the day Srilanka made 299 with the help of Dilshan’s one of the top made hundred. He was Man Of the match and said at presentation “The last three innings I got a start but didn’t capitalize. I thought today I should do it. We have lost the last three finals here against India. Everyone came and performed well today.”
Virender Sehwag was declared man of the series and also most admirable player of the series and wins a car.
Sri Lankan Skipper Sangakkara also chipped in with few good runs He said: “It was a good toss to win. The way the openers batted – we talked a lot about getting through the first 10 overs. Mahela and Dilshan started well and Dilshan continued to bat really well. Perera lengthens our batting but his bowling has been very impressive in the last couple of games. Champaka Ramanayake has to take a lot of credit; he has done a great job with the fast bowlers. The discipline in line and length has been the real key for us.”
India still looking for some good Final wins in Sri Lanka. And it could be said that it was loss of new faces in India.

Ind Vs SL Final Updates And Live Scores
In the India Vs Srilanks final to day on 28 August 2010 a day/night 50-over match, Srilanka choose to bat first. Tilekratne Dilshan made a brilliant century and made 110 runs facing 115 balls. Captain Sangakara also made 71.

India Lost By 8 Wickets Today
In India Vs Srilanka match today, India lost against Sri Lanka by 8 wickets. Batting first Indian batting line up gets hypnotized by Srilankan bowlers specially by Perera, who became Man of the match with his best bowling with an figures of 5 for 28. He said ” I have enjoyed this game and this was my best figures in the game. Hopefully I will carry this performance in future. I am working hard on my batting too.
India was murdered by T Parere. Only Yuvraj did some batting and made 38 odd runs. All other were telephone numbers.
Now the next match will be like Semi Final for India. They must win it to make it to the finals to compete with Srilanka who is already in the Finals with this great performance.

India Won 3rd Test With 5 Wickets Level Series
Mahindra Singh Dhoni is still a captain haven’t lost a test series, because India have won the 3rd test here in at the P Sara Oval. Sri Lanka lost his first test after 1994 on this ground.
VVS Laxman made his 16th test century to level this series. He made 103 runs. SK Raina also made quick 41 in this cause. Earlier Sachin Tendulkar made a brilliant 54 runs. Only two wickets fall today was Nightwatchman Ishant Shrma and Sachin.

Sri Lanka first innings all out 425. & second innings 267. v India 436 & 258/5. India won the test with 5 wickets.
This will conclude the test series and Trination Micromax Ind Vs NZ Vs Srilanka One day series will start from Tuesday August 10.

At the P Saravanamuttu Oval, Sri Lanka at the end of the second day India made 180 for 2. Virendra Sehwag made 97 of 87 balls while Sachin is playing on 40. Earlier Srilanka manages to make 425 thanks to Samaraweera’s not out innings of 137. Kumara Sangakkara made 75 in this total.
India’s P. Ojha took 4-115, while Ishant Sharma had a fiqure of 3 for 72. Though India looks solid, the way they are playing but on the spinning track Mathew and Mendis can do wonders on third day. Lets wait for the third days play and hope Sachin has his 49th.
